Overview
The Original Las Vegas offers paid subscription plans (Standard and Featured, billed monthly or annually) for business listings in our local directory. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because these are digital subscription services rather than physical products, our refund policy works differently than a typical retail return policy.
Managing Your Subscription
You can view invoices, update your payment method, switch between plans, or cancel your subscription at any time through our Stripe Customer Portal. Log in with the email address you used at checkout.
Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period — your listing will remain active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Refund Eligibility
- Monthly plans: Full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial charge.
- Annual plans: Full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial charge.
- Renewals: Automatic renewal charges are refundable only if requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made outside the windows listed above
- Accounts found to be in violation of our listing guidelines or terms of service
- Partial-month or partial-year requests (we don’t prorate mid-cycle)
How to Request a Refund
Refunds aren’t self-service. Contact us at info@theoriginallasvegas.com with your business name and the email associated with your account. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Upgrading or Downgrading
You can switch between Standard and Featured plans directly through the Stripe Customer Portal. Charges and credits are prorated automatically and applied immediately — you’ll be charged or credited the difference right away, not at your next billing cycle.
