  • Odd-numbered addresses: Watering allowed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
  • Permitted watering hours:
    • 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
    • 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

2. Vehicle Washing

  • Home vehicle washing using city water is prohibited
  • Allowed only at:
    • Commercial car washes using high-pressure systems
    • Car dealerships
    • Public service operations (e.g., refuse or food transport vehicles)

3. Restaurants

  • Restaurants are not permitted to serve water automatically
  • Water may only be served upon customer request

4. Swimming Pools & Spas

  • Refill or topping off due to evaporation, splashing, or leaks is not allowed during restrictions

5. Ornamental Fountains

  • Only recirculating fountains may operate
  • Operation is restricted during windy conditions
  • Non-recirculating fountains are prohibited

6. Exemptions
