- 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
2. Vehicle Washing
- Home vehicle washing using city water is prohibited
- Allowed only at:
- Commercial car washes using high-pressure systems
- Car dealerships
- Public service operations (e.g., refuse or food transport vehicles)
3. Restaurants
- Restaurants are not permitted to serve water automatically
- Water may only be served upon customer request
4. Swimming Pools & Spas
- Refill or topping off due to evaporation, splashing, or leaks is not allowed during restrictions
5. Ornamental Fountains
- Only recirculating fountains may operate
